| Abstract |
This Report has two parts. The first and major part summarises the work completed under the ToR established between the Royal University of Bhutan(RUB) and DANIDA. This work comprises the drafting of Higher Degree Research regulations (Masters with Research and PhD) and associated policies, procedures, forms and handbook. The second part summarises the work done to complete an AusAID Australian Leadership Award Fellowship competitive grant submitted in Canberra on 20th June.
