I would like to thank Ann Williamson and Mike Humphreys, the editors of this issue, for the excellent work they have done in assembling an impressive collection of papers and related conference abstracts. The journal expects to publish a further special issue next year, on the related topic of Industrial/Organisational Psychology. I believe it is valuable to use the AJP to showcase areas of the discipline in which research is particularly notable, and especially where Australian contributions are worth highlighting.||Publication Type:||Journal Article||Source of Publication:||Australian Journal of Psychology, 54(3), p. i-i||Publisher:||John Wiley & Sons Ltd||Place of Publication:||United Kingdom||ISSN:||0004-9530
