Abstract
This report presents a summary of research processes undertaken in the development and validation of the framework, design, and prototype for career advancement programs, focusing on the Career Advancement Program (CAPRO) for Teachers. As the primary provider of technical assistance to DepEd in the implementation of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) Transformation, RCTQ's work included research and technical assistance on program transformation. The objective of this study is to propose a benchmark for professional development programs that are based on professional standards.
