Abstract
The main aim of this report is to assess the potential impact of fisheries on four New Zealand seabird species: Antipodean and Gibson's wandering albatross ('Diomedea antipodensis antipodensis' and 'Diomedea antipodensis gibsoni'); Black petrels ('Procellaria parkinsoni') and Southern royal albatross ('Diomedea epomophora'). In doing so, we review possible modelling approaches, the data available and the potential impact of other factors (particularly climate).
