Abstract
This dataset contains raw files used for analysis for the listed PhD thesis. Datasets are organised into chapters, with raw, and processed (R compatible) datasets. Chapter 2 files include metadata of field data (wide and long format) for all seasons. As well as raw input files for phenotype, specific leaf area, and soil data. Chapter 3 files include genomic sequencing metadata file, and phytochemical files. The files for phytochemical analysis include all files necessary for re-running analysis of data, using the post compound-discovery xlsx files. In addition to a final, cross-referenceable R metadata file containing the final phytochemical measurements for each sample for 30 compounds. Chapter 4 files include raw files for glasshouse analysis (soil calculations, weekly measurements for the length of the trial, and LICOR raw files). Additionally, separate SLA measurements. The final working, R compatible data file is also included. Chapter 5 contains metadata file for all RNA sequencing samples. Along with RNA quality reports, and demultiplexing metadata for the sequencing run.
