Abstract
This paper is a recapitulation of the events, decisions, and personalities and purposeful decisions leading to the erection of the Standing Stones in Glen Innes, in northern New South Wales. In essence, the processes involved, and the actual actions taken constitute the idea, process, and actuality of a decision to be made, proper processes followed, and then for a magnificent memorial to be erected in Northern New South Wales to all the Celtic peoples. This is a quiet statement of what was envisioned, pursued, duly carried through, and so to the quite splendid achievement of the dream.
