The artwork titled ‘Nunna’s Devotion’ was exhibited within the 2023 Portrait Prize finalists at the Bondi Pavilion Art Gallery in November 2023. The exhibition of selected works formed the major exhibition held by the Head On Photography Festival. Nunna’s Devotion is a portrait of migrant women’s devotion to her faith which was evident in her home where she lived alone for many years. This image was taken in her living room with her effigy of Jesus proudly displayed in the corner of the room and was made from an old television set. |
